We are a company engaged in the business of Adjusting Insurance Claims, Technical Expert Assessments and Certification of Damages (Surveys), for which we have a team of independent insurance adjusters in place.
Our reports are accepted by the entire national and international insurance and re-insurance industry and we handle all kinds of incidents: Floods, Fires, Theft and Robbery, Machinery Breakdown, CAR (Construction All Risk), Third Party Civil Liability, etc.
Our firm has handled the most significant and critical loss events that have occurred in the Republic of Panama, including damages in the production and processing plants of large local and transnational companies.
We are members of the US National Cargo Security Council (NCSC).

Ing. Alvaro E. Méndez
General Manager, Industrial Engineer graduated from the Technological University of Panama (UTP) in 1982, with a vast experience in optimizing production systems, ans insustrial plants with a practical training in the United States of America.
Ing. William R. Herron Jr.
Advisor. Mechanical Engineer, graduate from Villanova University in Pennsylvania. He has taken courses and seminars, both locally as well as abroad on different academic subjects.
His expertise is in Real Estate and Machinery Appraisals with more than 30 years of experience.
On a regular basis, he dictates curses and seminars on valuation techniques in the local market to The Banking Association, The Chamber of Commerce, The Controller´s Office as well as the Ministry of Economic and Finance of the Republic of Panama. He is a member and a certified appraiser of the International real Estate Institute, member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraiser, member of the International Professional Who´s Who, member of the Panamanian Real Estate Agents and Promoters Association (ACOBIR), member of the National Cargo Security Council (NCSC) and an active member of the Panama’s Institute of Valuation and Surveys (IVAPPAN).
Lic. Leonel Chero
Technical Manager, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking and Insurance from the Universidad Santa Maria la Antigua in Panama (Class of 2001), with more than 20 years of experience in the Insurance branch.
Arq. Eric O. Garrido Z.
Operations Manager. Architect, graduated from the University of Panama (licence No96-001-001), with a MBA and a Post-Degree in Management, Administration and Project Planning. He has more than 15 years of experience in design, construction, appraisal and inspection of civil works.
He is an active member of Panamanian Construction Chamber (CAPAC) the Panama’s Institute of Valuation and Surveys (IVAPPAN).
Ing. Verónica Herron de Mora
Administrarive Manager. An Industrial Engineer, graduated from Purdue University, in Indiana in 2003. With a certification in Real Estate Appraisals from The Santa Maria La Antigua University, in Panama. She is an active member of An active member of the Panama’s Institute of Valuation and Surveys (IVAPPAN). With experience in Machinery as well as Real Estate Appraisals.
Lic. Beatriz Ovalle
Administrator and Conmptroller. An accountant (lic. No. 4480), graduated from the University of Panama in 1994, with a Comptoller Post- Degrees, and a Post Degree and Masters in Taxation. She has more than 10 years of experience in the administration, tributary and financial fields
Ing. Alexander Reyes
Inspector and Appraiser. A Civil Engineer (lic. No. 98-006-024), graduated from the Technological University of Panama (UTP), with a Post Graduate Degree in Construction Project Management. He has more than 10 years of experience in construction and inspection of civil works and real estate appraisals.
Arq. Marco Pazmiño
Inspector and Appraiser, with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture (License No.2005-001-030), having graduated in 2004 from the Universidad de Panamá. He has a Post-Graduate and Masters Degree in Construction Project`s Administration. Architect Pazmiño has experience in design, blueprint development, construction and inspection of civil works, as well as in the appraisal of real estate
